Job summary

TotalEnergies in Dubai is seeking a Finance Analyst to support reporting, data extraction from SAP, and budgeting. You will prepare periodic reports for Sales, assist with GL data extraction, and coordinate with multiple departments to gather requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI and MS Office. 2–3 years of relevant finance experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting.
• 2–3 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge and awareness of financial KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP or any accounting software.
• Knowledge of Power BI and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Reporting.
• Assisting in extraction of GL data from SAP and preparation of reports Sales reporting.
• Budget and Long-Term Plan (LTP).
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments for requirements.
• Approving PRs for entities as per process.
• Assisting in month end closing.
• Develop different analyses and reports as required.
