Job summary

JobLeader in Dubai seeks a talented Accountant to manage all financial operations for our growing team. The role is full-time with a monthly salary and open to strong candidates from abroad who meet local requirements.

We expect experience in accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, payroll processing and taxation compliance, plus the ability to provide reliable financial analysis and reports to senior management. Fluency in English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in Dubai or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is desirable but not required.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, payroll, budgeting principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• English fluency preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial and accounting processes within the company.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable, budgeting, revenue forecasting, payroll processing and taxation compliance.
• Provide reliable financial analysis on key performance metrics.
• Identify areas for improvement or cost savings opportunities.
• Provide timely financial reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
