Job summary

Ecojob in Dibba-El-Fujairah is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial records and produce reports. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of accounting experience and familiarity with standard accounting practices.

You will maintain ledgers, prepare income statements and balance sheets, review variances, assist with audits, and support monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. The position offers a salary of 1000 AED per month and is open to immigrant applicants.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures.
• Strong computer skills with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate accounting records by entering data into software.
• Preparing financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, budgets) and interpreting results.
• Analyzing financial information to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Investigating variances in financial performance regularly.
• Assisting with internal audits and preparing audit schedules.
• Understanding taxation and other financial legislation.
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.
