The role focuses on maintaining financial records and producing reports for internal and external use. You will analyze financial data, reconcile accounts, assist with budgets, and help ensure compliance, VAT returns, and year-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports for internal and external use.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Reconciling accounts and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assisting with budget preparation, forecasting, and analysis.
• Auditing internal processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Developing and implementing internal controls to manage risk.
• Preparing reports for tax purposes such as VAT returns and year-end reports.
• Training junior staff on accounting procedures and policies.
