Job summary

A financial services company in Dubai is seeking an experienced professional for bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities, including office management and DMCC compliance. Qualifications

Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Accounting
  • Maintain accurate day‑to‑day financial records
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense reports
  • Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
  • Handle and coordinate with bankers to manage our accounts and facility
Office Management
  • Oversee general office operations and administrative support
  • Liaise with service providers, vendors, and building management
  • Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general upkeep
  • Support HR‑related admin tasks (visas, medicals, insurance coordination)
Corporate Secretarial Duties
  • Prepare and maintain board resolutions and minutes of meetings
  • Assist with corporate filings, license renewals, and record‑keeping
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
DMCC Compliance & Coordination
  • Manage company‑related matters with DMCC, including license renewals, updates, and documentation
  • Liaise with DMCC and government authorities for corporate and employee affairs
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of DMCC regulations and processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE (preferably DMCC environment)
