Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience in hospitality sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT, bookkeeping and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, journals, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in UAE regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial controls.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and management teams on financial matters.

Job Overview

IIQAF Group is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant in Dubai to manage financial records, reporting, and accounting operations within our hospitality division. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, budgeting, VAT compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, journals, and general ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
