Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries accurately.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounting records are updated regularly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Prepare VAT documentation and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with various departments regarding payments, billing, and financial documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with company policies.
