Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services Associate to join our this role you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and provide them with a welcoming and informative experience at our institute. You will be responsible for managing guest inquiries and reservations coordinating events and meetings and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
  • Prepare financial analyses to provide insights on cost control and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and answers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an accountant with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
