About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Accountant / Senior Accountant who has worked inside a Clinic, Hospital, or Medical Center in Dubai. You must understand how healthcare finance works, including accounting operations, reconciliation, and dealing with medical suppliers on a daily basis.

If you do not have healthcare experience in the UAE, your application will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting operations within a clinic/hospital/medical center environment.
  • Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and month-end closing.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Deal with medical suppliers, including:
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Verifying pricing and delivery notes
  • Matching POs, LPOs, GRNs
  • Resolving discrepancies with suppliers
  • Maintaining supplier ledgers
  • Manage vendor reconciliation and maintain accurate supplier balances.
  • Prepare VAT reports, financial statements, and internal reports.
  • Support billing, insurance, and receivables functions (optional but preferred).
  • Coordinate with management on cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, clinic policies, and audit requirements.
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
  • Must have worked inside a Clinic, Hospital, or Medical Center in Dubai.
  • Must have UAE healthcare accounting experience (clinic/hospital/medical center).
  • Must currently live in Dubai.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare accounting experience.
  • Strong experience in:
  • Accounts payables & receivables
  • Dealing with medical suppliers
  • Reconciliation (suppliers, banks, insurance)
  • Financial reporting
  • Good understanding of UAE VAT and compliance.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
  • Strong English communication skills.
