Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading creative agency which supports some of the world’s most iconic luxury brands to bring to life high-impact visual merchandising activations and displays. Our client is looking to hire an Account Manager who will serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of premium clients, managing the full lifecycle of projects from concept consultation through to final execution.

About the role
  • The Account Manager will be responsible for proactively servicing a large portfolio of key clients, ensuring their visual merchandising needs are met with precision and creativity.
  • A background in visual merchandising or retail design is essential, as the Account Manager will advise on layout, display strategy, and technical feasibility, offering solutions that align with brand aesthetics and commercial goals.
  • Our client seeks a candidate with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A meticulous approach and capability to deliver on challenging client briefs within strict deadlines will be the key to success in this dynamic role.
  • The Account Manager will oversee the entire project management process, including budget negotiations, timeline coordination, supplier management, and clear communication across all stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a project/account management role within the retail or design industry.
