Role Overview
The Account Manager, Fashion is responsible for managing and growing key fashion brands and seller accounts on noon. This role owns the commercial performance of assigned partners, developing and executing account-level growth strategies to drive category growth through optimized assortments, competitive pricing, and strong on-platform execution.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen brand presence, unlock growth opportunities, and deliver compelling shopping experiences for fashion customers across the platform. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in fashion account management along with strong analytical and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building:
- Own and manage relationships with fashion brands, retailers, and distributors to drive sustainable growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and strong execution.
- Support sellers in improving brand presence, enhancing product visibility, content quality and maximizing sales potential.
- Build and own annual and quarterly account growth plans, defining clear priorities across assortment, pricing, visibility, and promotions.
Sales Growth & Performance Optimization:
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on assortment expansion, pricing competitiveness, and promotional participation.
- Identify key growth drivers and constraints for each account, and recommend strategic actions to close gaps vs. category benchmarks.
- Onboard new fashion brands to expand category reach and provide a wide, relevant assortment for customers.
- Leverage data and industry insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth and category expansion.
Assortment & Seasonal Planning
- Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams to ensure product availability and alignment with customer demand.
- Manage seasonal product launches and promotions (e.g., Back-to-School, Eid, Summer) to drive engagement and sales.
- Contribute to category and seasonal planning, using historical performance and trend insights to inform assortment and launch strategies.
Marketing & Promotional Support:
- Collaborate with marketing and category teams on campaigns, brand moments, and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure on-site execution (content, visuals, promotions) aligns with fashion trends and brand guidelines.
- Support exclusive launches, influencer collaborations, and key thematic campaigns for Fashion.
Market Insights & Data Analysis:
- Monitor category performance, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform account strategy.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize assortments, promotions, and overall strategy.
- Track and report on KPIs such as sales, margin, conversion, and customer engagement.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms with partners to secure competitive pricing, margin growth, and participation in key campaigns.
- Partner with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts aligned with business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams across logistics, marketing, product, and customer service to deliver seamless execution.
- Share insights on partner needs and customer trends to inform business improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or commercial roles within fashion, retail, or e-commerce OR Experience in top-tier management consulting, with exposure to commercial strategy, growth, or consumer/retail-related projects
- Strong understanding of fashion category dynamics, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver sales growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and e-commerce analytics tools.
