Purpose of the Role

The Account Manager will manage and grow Keyloop’s strategic relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, and financial institutions across the Middle East, primarily based in Dubai.

This role focuses on execution, relationship management, and account growth, supporting the strategic vision set by the Account Director or Enterprise Sales Director. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer success, driving adoption of Keyloop solutions, and delivering against ARR targets within assigned accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of OEM, fleet and finance accounts in the Middle East.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Support the development and execution of account plans in partnership with the Account Director.
  • Identify opportunities for adoption, expansion, and renewal of Keyloop solutions.
  • Drive ARR and bookings targets, ensuring predictable and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, pre‑sales, marketing, customer success) to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Coordinate account‑level reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management in Salesforce.
  • Represent Keyloop in client meetings, workshops, and regional industry events.
Knowledge & Experience
  • 3–7 years in enterprise sales, account management, or strategic B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving ARR or revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with the automotive, fleet, or finance sectors preferred.
  • Ability to understand client business models, industry trends, and financial objectives.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional teams and collaborative selling environments.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Dubai, with flexibility to travel across the Middle East.
