Education
What we're looking for:
- B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biology or any other related discipline
Experience
- 4 - 5 years of sales experience in laboratory supplies industry with minimum broad experience preferred (chemicals, consumables, and smaller equipment) along with channel management experience
Knowledge
- A good understanding of company products, promotions, services, and solution offerings for customers
- In-depth understanding of relationship types and buyer behaviors
- Broad understanding of VWR Product & Service portfolio
- Understanding of the roles of different VWR functions
- Fluent in oral and written English; additional languages are a plus
Skills
- Ability to structure content appropriately for the audience and objective
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships and drive strategic conversations with customers
- Manage customer interactions professionally, demonstrating excellent listening and organizational skills, using probing questions and reflective language to build trust

- Perform other duties as assigned
