Justlife is seeking an Account Executive — Home Cleaning to own daily on-ground operations for partner companies in Dubai. You will spot root causes in real time, coordinate cleaners and drivers, and drive measurable improvements in cancellation, reschedule, and on-time delivery.

You’ll work hands-on, visiting accommodations, checking fleets, and reading the metrics sheet to fix issues before they escalate. Fluency in English and UAE driving experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of field-heavy operations experience (home services, facilities management, logistics, last-mile delivery)
• Ability to read data in the morning to identify fixes
• Strong on-ground problem solving with real-time root-cause analysis
• Experience managing a third-party workforce or vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational reality of assigned partner(s): visit sites, identify root causes, and close gaps before they compound
• Act as the on-ground single point of contact for cleaners, drivers, and partner management
• Ensure training, retraining, and deployments are executed on the ground
• Oversee onboarding and deployment of cleaners and drivers; address quality gaps
• Track daily metrics and implement fixes for scheduling, accommodation, vehicle maintenance, and absence patterns
• Build cadence with partner counterparts to shorten resolution time and ensure reliability
• Prepare to take on additional partners or larger accounts as reliability grows

Account Executive — Home Cleaning

When a cleaner doesn't show up on a customer's booking day, someone loses a few hours of their life to rearranging their morning. When a van leaves late because nobody checked the fuel gauge, a customer waits. When a partner company doesn't know who to call to solve a problem, a week of operational drag compounds into margin leakage. You'll be the person who sees these things happen in real time and stops them from happening again.

This is an operational ownership role — not a sales role, not a management layer. You own “measurable, sustained improvement in cancellation & reschedule rate, absence rate, on-time delivery, and promise fulfilment” for an assigned partner company that operates cleaners and drivers on the Justlife platform. Your daily work is on the ground: visiting accommodations, checking vans, knowing the people who work there, reading the metrics sheet, and executing the fix. The role is designed to be your own P&L account — you'll report directly to the P&L owner, and your numbers will be visible every single day.

What you'll own

• “Drive measurable, sustained improvement in cancellation & reschedule rate, absence rate, on-time delivery, and promise fulfilment” by owning the daily operational reality of your assigned partner(s): visiting the ground, identifying root causes in real time, and closing them before they compound.
• Act as the single on-ground point of contact for all cleaners, drivers, and the partner company's management — the person they call, the person who shows up, the person who gets things moving.
• Ensure central strategies (retraining programmes, vacation planning, accommodation upgrades, transportation logistics, quality plans) are implemented on the ground and delivered on schedule — not just communicated and abandoned.
• Oversee onboarding, training, retraining, and deployment of cleaners and drivers; step in whenever quality or deployment gaps appear.
• Track daily metrics, identify root causes, and execute fixes — from shift scheduling gaps to accommodation issues to vehicle maintenance to absence patterns.
• Build a working cadence with your partner company counterpart that shortens resolution time on operational issues and makes them a reliable collaborator.
• Prepare to take on an additional partner or a larger account as you demonstrate reliability and impact.

What tells us you're the one

• You've “measurably improved operational metrics (cancellations, no‑shows, on‑time performance, or fulfilment) across a blue-collar workforce of 20+ people” — tell us the programme you built, how you measured it, and the number that moved.
• You've managed a third‑party vendor or workforce that wasn't directly employed by you and know how to build leverage through relationship and clarity, not authority.
• You have 2–4 years of field‑heavy operations experience (home services, facilities management, logistics, last‑mile delivery, quick commerce or similar) — results matter more than years, but you need to have seen how on‑ground operations actually work.
• You're comfortable reading and acting on operational data: you can spot a trend in a metrics sheet, ask the right diagnostic question, and know when to dig deeper on the ground.
• You speak English fluently (working proficiency required); a UAE driving licence is a plus; prior UAE experience in home services, facilities management, or last‑mile delivery is a genuine advantage.
