Position Overview

We’re expanding our presence in the Middle East and are looking for a highly experienced strategic Account Director based in Dubai. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives on high‑impact enterprise sales and enjoys taking full ownership of a portfolio of key accounts.

As an Account Director you will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients ($1 B) drive revenue growth and oversee the full account lifecycle. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results acting as the primary strategic point of contact for your accounts. This role is perfect for a senior sales professional who thrives on autonomy, strategic problem‑solving and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Manage the full sales cycle for new and existing enterprise accounts, including complex long‑cycle deals.
  • Own Your Accounts: Act as the primary strategic lead for your portfolio, managing stakeholders and coordinating internal resources to deliver results.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans, expand relationships and identify growth opportunities within your accounts.
  • Solution‑Oriented Selling: Proactively source new opportunities and creatively solve client challenges with tailored solutions.
  • Insights & Reporting: Provide actionable insights, analysis and recommendations on your accounts to inform business decisions.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, understand the competitive landscape and leverage insights to maintain a strategic advantage.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 10 years in enterprise sales or account management, ideally in technology, GRC or related sectors.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and align solutions to client business.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple levels.
