Job summary

Heriot-Watt University invites applications for an Academic Quality Officer at the Dubai Campus. The role supports regulatory compliance, quality assurance and accreditation activities across multiple locations, reporting to the Academic Quality Manager.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree and have experience in international higher education, with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills in a dynamic university setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in international higher education is preferred.
• Proven ability to collate and draft large-scale reports.
• Proven experience clerking committees.
• Analytical problem-solving and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accreditation, review and audit events for programme approval and re-approval.
• Regulatory data returns to CAA, MoHESR and KHDA.
• Progress tasks to maintain quality and academic standards across locations.
• Coordinate PSRB accreditation events in Dubai and with external bodies.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to support policy implementation.
