Job summary

Innovate Complete Technical Services LLC is hiring an Air Conditioning Technician (HVAC) in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on diagnosing faults, installing new systems (split, ducted, VRF/VRV), and rigorous preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate will work independently, adhere to safety standards, and communicate findings clearly to supervisors and clients. Applicants should have experience with residential and commercial AC systems and hold a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial AC systems.
• Ability to perform maintenance, servicing and cleaning of AC units.
• Familiarity with refrigerants, pressures, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Carry out new AC installations, including split, ducted, package, and VRF/VRV systems.
• Perform copper pipework installation, upper pipework, flaring, and brazing to a high standard.
• Replace internal and external AC components, including compressors, motors, capacitors, contactors, PCBs, expansion valves, sensors, and fan motors.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing, and chemical cleaning of AC systems.
• Check refrigerant pressures, identify leaks, and carry out refrigerant charging and recovery.
• Test, commission, and troubleshoot newly installed systems.
• Complete service reports and communicate findings professionally with supervisors and clients.
• Follow all UAE health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Have a valid UAE driving license.
