Job Summary

We are currently hiring skilled AC Technicians for a leading trading and distribution company in Abu Dhabi UAE. The role involves the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial and industrial projects. Candidates should be technically proficient in HVAC systems and capable of performing diagnostics, servicing and onsite repairs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain and repair air conditioning systems including central split and window AC units
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and identify causes of issues
• Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats and filters
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning coils, checking gas levels and testing electrical circuitsFollow blueprints, design specifications and manufacturer guidelines for proper installation and servicing
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and HVAC codes
• Complete job reports and maintenance logs accurately
• Provide emergency support and repairs as needed
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers and site personnel to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an AC Technician (Gulf experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Skilled in the use of hand and electrical tools related to HVAC work
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
• Physically fit and able to work in high temperature and outdoor conditions
• Basic communication skills (English, Hindi or Urdu preferred)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime and on-call shifts if needed
