Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Proven experience as a tutor, teaching assistant or relevant position.
• Excellent knowledge of subject matter.
• Patience and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Ability to deliver clear instructions and ask questions.
• Ability to explain complex topics in an understandable manner.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work with foreign students (foreigner considered).

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
• Develop individualized learning plans for each student.
• Observe student’s performance and progress regularly.
• Explain difficult concepts using various teaching methods.
• Monitor student engagement, assess progress, and provide feedback.
• Support students with assignments and exams preparation.
