Workato is seeking an urgent Truck Driver for a contract position in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The driver will safely transport goods within the city, plan routes, and maintain logs, with immediate availability required.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
• At least 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
• Good driving record with no traffic violations.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and traffic laws.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads if necessary.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a truck to transport goods and materials.
• Plan routes and follow schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately.
• Maintain accurate log books and records.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
• Communicate with dispatchers, other drivers, and clients as needed.
