ABC Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the regional sales efforts in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing strategies to grow sales and oversee daily sales team operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of sales experience in Abu Dhabi, with strong English and Arabic communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
• At least two years of sales experience in the Abu Dhabi market is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic languages are required for this position.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Developing strategies to increase sales and profitability for the region as well as overseeing day-to-day operations of the sales team.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Establishing relationships with key customers to maintain loyalty and increase sales revenue growth in the region.
• Assessing customer needs and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction levels are met at all times.
• Monitoring competitors’ activities, market trends, pricing strategies, etc., to develop improved approaches for maximizing sales performance.
