Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer for our Abu Dhabi office. The role is office-based supporting PMC projects and coordinating with ADNOC focal points and recruitment teams.

You will manage end-to-end administration, document control, timesheets, onboarding, travel and accommodation arrangements, and ensure audit-ready records across multiple projects. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative and coordination support to project teams.
• Strong knowledge of project documentation, reporting, document control, and project tracking processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end administration and coordination of assigned PMC projects.
• Coordinate client hiring requests with the Recruitment team.
• Submit CVs to ADNOC and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including inductions, mandatory trainings, medicals, and system access.
• Maintain project records, trackers, folders, and documentation for audit purposes.
