• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in project management or related field.
• Proven track record of successful project completion on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality standards are met. This includes overseeing project teams by monitoring their progress against milestones, developing strategies for meeting deadlines, tracking progress against budget, identifying potential risks, resolving any issues that may arise during the course of the project, preparing reports, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process, providing ongoing support after project completion, and staying up-to-date on industry trends/developments relevant to your projects.
• The Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining an organized system for tracking all documents related to each project such as meeting minutes, change orders, invoices, etc., as well as providing guidance/mentorship to junior members of their team when needed.
