SOS Holdings in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks an exceptionally skilled Telecom RF & Network Engineer to support short-term EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector. You will lead radio frequency design, RF studies, integration of UHF/VHF systems, and IP networking for industrial deployments.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom engineering within EPC environments, hands-on familiarity with ADNOC standards, and ability to deliver design packages, FAT/SAT, and field commissioning under tight schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of professional telecommunications engineering experience within EPC project environments.
Domain expertise in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sector.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end radio frequency engineering, radio network design, and coverage studies for industrial EPC projects.
Deploy, test, and commission UHF/VHF radio systems, repeaters, base stations, antennas, handheld/mobile radios, and dispatch systems.
Configure and troubleshoot IP networking infrastructure including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, and switching.
Implement basic cybersecurity controls, firewall rules, and network segmentation for industrial control systems.
Perform telecom installation, FAT, SAT, and system commissioning.
Prepare and review telecom design packages, RF studies, and commissioning procedures.
