Qualifications

• 20-25 years of experience in the UAE Construction industry.
• 3 years of experience with Musanada’s projects preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects.
• Ensure all stages of the project are on time, on budget, and high standard.
• Communicate effectively with staff at every level.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers.

Skills

Contract administration with FIDIC knowledge

Planning and claim experience
