Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness.
• Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure premises are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently, adhering to health & safety practices.
• Mop, sweep, vacuum and dust surfaces.
• Empty bins, wash bathrooms and kitchen areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairways and elevators.
• Properly store equipment after use.
• Report any damages or maintenance needs.
