Work in USA is hiring a Bank Teller for our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will handle deposits, withdrawals and other transactions, provide courteous customer service, and support daily banking operations in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Processing deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately and efficiently
Assisting customers with queries regarding their accounts and transactions
Cross-selling bank products such as loans, credit cards, mutual funds etc.
Adhering to banking policies, procedures and regulations
Identifying suspicious activities or transaction patterns that could indicate fraud or money laundering
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Maintaining a clean workspace environment that is orderly and organized
Handling customer complaints or escalations in a courteous manner
