Job description

We are looking for a System Vehicle Testing Engineer to join our team in United Arab Emirates.

Task and Responsibilities

Feature Validation & Testing

• Validate ADAS features suchas Adaptive Cruise Control Lane Keeping Assist Automatic Emergency BrakingCross-Traffic Alert and Highway Assist.
• Develop and execute testplans covering feature requirements homologation and SOTIF (Safety of theIntended Functionality).
• Conduct vehicle-level andsimulation-based testing (HiL SiL MiL).
• Perform data collectionpost-processing and root cause analysis.

System Integration & Calibration

• Collaborate withhardware/software teams to integrate ADAS systems.
• Support feature calibrationto meet vehicle-level performance targets.
• Benchmark competitor systems and contribute to feature refinement.

Tool & Process Development

• Utilize tools like MATLAB CANoe CANape Pythonand C for simulation analysis and validation of in-vehicle communicationnetworks (CAN LIN FlexRay Ethernet).
• Develop new verificationmethods and contribute to process optimization.
• Develop CAPL scriptsto automate testscenarios.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with teams in HMIcybersecurity infotainment powertrain and homologation.
• Align validation activitieswith system architecture and functional safety standards (e.g. ISO 26262ASPICE).

Fleet & Infrastructure Management

• Support the build-up andmanagement of prototype and production vehicle fleets.
• Coordinate proving groundand public road testing.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelors or mastersdegree in electrical engineering Computer Science Mechanical Engineering orrelated field.
• 35 years of experience inADAS or autonomous vehicle validation.
• Strong understanding ofsensor technologies (LiDAR radar cameras) and vehicle dynamics.
• Experience with automotivetesting tools and standards (NCAP GSR2).
• Proficiency with Vector tools: CANoe CANape.
• Programming skills inPython C MATLAB.
• Solid understanding of vehicle architecture andembedded communication protocols.
• Familiarity with agiledevelopment tools (Jira Jama)
• Analytical mindset autonomy and strong teamcollaboration skills
• Very Good English is aplus.
• Location requirement: This position is open to candidates based inUAE only.
• Valid T1 or T2 driving license required for vehicle testing.

Preferred skills

• Experience with ADAS feature development and calibration at OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
• Knowledge of simulation environments and test automation.
• Understanding of regulatory and safety standards (FMVSS ISO 26262).
• Strong analytical and communication skills
