Job summary

ParamInfo is seeking a Senior Oracle Finance Functional Consultant in Dubai. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA) and Projects, with 3–4 end-to-end implementations.

You will gather requirements, design, configure, test, train end-users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations. You will also document configurations, perform system audits, and provide ongoing optimization recommendations while keeping up-to-date

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience on Oracle Applications, minimum 3–4 implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Finance functional consultant.
• Knowledge of EB tax and third party tax utilities.
• Ability to write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from EBS tables.
• Led at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Financials implementations and support activities.

Job Title: Sr. Oracle Finance Functional consultant

Job Location- Dubai

Job Description

Oracle functional consultant is responsible to work closely with the Oracle ERP Functional & Technical team to successfully manage the implementation, ongoing development, support and training of related Oracle modules from functional perspective.

• Gathering and analysing client requirements for Oracle Finance solutions ( GL, AR,AP,CM and FA) and Projects module
• Designing and configuring Oracle Finance modules.
• Manage full life cycle of design and testing phases, conducting system testing and resolving technical issues.
• Providing end-user training and support.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Documenting system configurations and processes.
• Conducting regular system audits and performance evaluations.
• Produce necessary and related work documents during the due course as per the organization standards and Oracle best practice.
• Keeping up-to-date with Oracle Finance module updates and enhancements.
• Providing recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
• Responsible for managing cross functional projects and Operational Support for Oracle EBS Financials domain (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management)
• Provide Technical and Functional Expertise to key stakeholders and Business Subject Matter Experts.
• Keep familiarity with Oracle suggested standards and approach for delivering the quality work products.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP, AR, CM and FA), with at least 3 to 4 end-to-end implementations, and good knowledge of EB Tax. Experience in the Oracle Projects module (costing, billing and accounting) will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience on Oracle Applications ( minimum 3 -4implementations)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Finance functional consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Finance modules and functionality.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional documentations, setup document, test scripts, training materials, perform fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, testing, and training.
• Knowledge on EB tax and third party tax utilities.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Work independently to understand business requirements and be able to translate them to technical requirements.
• Independently lead at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Financials implementation lifecycles and Support activities , Must have the ability to multitask and enhance a team environment.
• Should be capable of developing documents like BR100, MD50,
• Ability to write SQL queries to extract and analyse data from EBS tables.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Oracle Apps Projects module is an added:
