Job summary

Shurooq Al Salam Transport Via Rented Busess LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced 100-ton mobile crane operator to support construction and industrial projects. You will operate cranes, perform pre-operation checks and follow lifting plans to move heavy loads safely.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of crane experience, a valid UAE heavy crane license preferred, and good English communication. This on-site role requires physical fitness and adherence to UAE HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating 100-ton mobile cranes.
• Understanding load charts and lifting operations.
• Knowledge of crane safety standards and procedures.
• Physically fit to work in outdoor site conditions.
• Basic English communication; Hindi an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100-ton mobile cranes safely and efficiently at construction sites.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report issues.
• Ensure safe lifting, loading, unloading and positioning of heavy materials.
• Follow lifting plans, load charts and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain crane cleanliness and routine maintenance checks.
• Comply with UAE HSE regulations and company safety procedures.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen and site supervisors.
• Complete daily operation and inspection records accurately.

• Ensure safe lifting loading unloading and positioning of heavy materials
• Follow lifting plans load charts and instructions from lifting supervisors
• Maintain crane cleanliness and ensure proper routine maintenance checks
• Comply with all UAE HSE regulations and company safety procedures
• Coordinate effectively with riggers signalmen and site supervisors
• Complete daily operation and inspection records accurately

Qualifications

• Indian National
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating 100 Ton Mobile Cranes
• Valid UAE Heavy Crane Operator Driving License (preferred).
• Experience working on construction, infrastructure, industrial, or oil & gas projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of load charts, lifting operations, and crane safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions.
• Basic communication skills in English. Hindi is an advantage.
