Honei is redefining the dining experience through the most powerful solution to order & pay in restaurants and is already leading the Spanish market within one year of launch. Our platform is swiftly becoming the central hub for restaurant front-office operations and the primary channel for all hospitality payments. Our vision extends beyond payments and over the next few quarters we are preparing to be the first company to digitize the restaurant end-customer journey at scale.

We are looking for a high energy and versatile Partnerships Manager who will empower relationships with restaurant POS service providers, enterprise clients and distributors

Role: Partnerships Manager

Location: Barcelona

Start Date: Immediate

  • Building and nurturing relationships with POS system providers - regionally and internationally
  • Constantly engagement, plan events, meetings with POS providers, distributors and enterprise clients to stay relevant and top of mind
  • Build the referral channel strategy ground up - by designing incentives, campaigns and go to market
  • Own the end-to-end partnerships process - from lead generation, to product integration
  • Design KPIs and build reporting to analyse partnership performance
  • Lead negotiations and build the long term partnerships strategy
  • Recruit world class talent for your team
  • You are a self starter, hands on and are will to learn, unlearn and relearn. You are curious and are always excited by the potential to learn new things
  • Proven experience in driving strategic partnerships which create long term value. Alternatively can also be experienced in account management or enterprise sales but understands the value of partnerships
  • Experienced in high-growth startups, established marketplace companies, or online grocery chains
  • Native level of Spanish and basic business proficiency in English is mandatory. Catalan is a plus
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strategic business relationships.
  • Skilled in negotiation and contract creation, handling and management
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
